With the help of the KiE-DecisionMaking processes, the participants were able to directly address the challenges of their own projects and to shape the further procedure with the KiE tools. <\/div><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The KiE Resource Question repeatedly aligned the focus with the goal and required the experts to contribute their expertise to ensure success. The KiE Scale proved to be central to this, as it is universally applicable, produces 100% participation and automatically introduces agile values. The KiE tools were applied in workshops to call forth resources and establish commitments. \u201e<em>KiE-DecisionMaking can be used for any form of project work&#8221;<\/em>, according to (@Norbert Reiling) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The theoretical basis was the KiE trilogy, the inseparability of emotions(E), intuition(i) and cognition(K). \u201e<em>The impressive experiments showed that there must be an emotion and a cognitive system, which both follow different logics&#8221;<\/em>, summarized (@Elsa Graf). \u201e<em>Existing concepts were disassembled and put together in a new way so that familiar patterns took on a new meaning<\/em>&#8220;, (@Michael Nietsch). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.k-i-e.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/en-206-problem-and-solution.jpg\" alt=\"Problem and Solution have the same source. With the new view of the KiE trilogy, complex human behaviour can be easily explained.
