People, teams or groups of any size as\nwell as machines with AI can, in any given constellation, produce simple,\ncomplicated and complex decisions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, messenger services such as\nWhatsApp and e-mail as well as social media such as Facebook and Twitter are\nused to communicate or make tactical decisions. The next developmental step\nwill be that in a global digitalized world people will want to make decisions\nin their groups. Digitalized DecisionMaking will be at the heart of this transformation.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The existing rating services like TripAdvisor\nas well as survey tools like Survey Monkey or rating metrics like Net Promoter\nScore (NPS) are only the first step to achieving what you want. Ratings make it\ndifficult to see what is needed to make a decision, whether it is a purchasing\ndecision, the improvement of a product or service, or the program of a\ndemocratic party.&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ratings and surveys are a one-way street\nthat do not explain why something is good or what needs to be done to make it\ngood. Experts and artificial intelligence try to analyze and explain later of a\ngiven outcome<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Digitalized KiE-DecisionMaking is the\nway to use the available resources to bring about good decisions.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Traditional forms of decision-making are not good enough<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Traditional forms of decision-making are insufficient, and their limitations ultimately disqualify them as unsuitable or only partially suitable for mastering today&#8217;s challenges in companies. Instead of criticizing,\nhighlighting the problem or engaging in root cause research, the retrospective\nview is replaced by working on the target. A safe and prompt decision can only be reached when all the participants have their say at the same time. The elimination of anchor-like effects, which would lead to unintended as well as intended tactical delays, must be ensured. The bandwidth ranges from simple to complex decisions of almost any kind: <br>1. simple decisions are ratings, votings or surveys<br>2. complicated decisions are participatory and jointly supported decisions:<br>3. complex decisions are prioritizations and commitments in a global environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everyone can bring about\ndecisions with everyone else: Global, local, remote, authoritarian and\nparticipatory as well as consensual and majority decisions and, above all,\njointly supported decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimally\nvaluable product (MVP) <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The DecisionMaker MVP represents the\ncore of every decision: the evaluation. It precedes every decision and is used\nrepeatedly for cognitive and intuitive decisions as well as for DecisionMaking\nprocesses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a second core function, the survey is\noffered in a fixed order. With the survey you get a first exploration and\npositioning of the given facts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Starting the KiE-DecisionMaker<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can start the KiE-DecisionMaker with the link in the browser: <br>Information to <a href=\"https:\/\/decision-maker.k-i-e.com\/\">Start KiE-DecisionMaker <\/a> <br>The KiE-DecisionMaker is available as an MVP for free use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Roles\nin the KiE-DecisionMaker<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two roles in the KiE-DecisionMaker: <br>1. Master of KiE DecisionMaking (MoD) &#8211; leads the DecisionMaking process <br>2. Participant &#8211; takes part in the DecisionMaking process for the MVP; he submits his ratings and immediately receives the result<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Master of KiE-DecisionMaking can\nmanage and execute DecisionMaking processes (DM-P). The MoD must authorize\nhimself by e-mail and password. A DecisionMaking ID is created for each\nDecisionMaking process (DM-Id). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The participant attends DecisionMaking\nprocesses. He requires only the DecisionMaking ID (DM-Id) communicated to him\nby the MoD to participate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No personal data is recorded or stored,\nwith the exception of the e-mail from the Master of DecisionMaking for the\nsign-in. The participants are anonymous and no authentication or identification\nis required.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rating<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The KiE Scale, designed specifically for cognitive, intuitive and conscious DecisionMaking, is available for all forms of ratings. The Master of DecisionMaking creates a DecisionMaking ID (DM-Id), which\nis used to register participants for participation in a DM process. The Master\nof DecisionMaking passes the DM-Id on to the participants on a channel of his\nchoice.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within a DecisionMaking-Id the\nindividual ratings are identified with a Rating Id (R-Id). The MoD creates DM\nprocesses and can open or delete them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Free\nDecisionMaking Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Master of DecisionMaking\nloads the KiE scales of his choice into the DecisionMaker. The associated DecisionMaking\nprocess remains open until the MoD closes it. After that, the result is\navailable to everyone under the DM-Id. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Test the DecisionMaker <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use the MVP of the KiE-DecisionMaker and participate in an online survey.
