For this they need decision making tools that are aligned with the inseparability of emotion(E), intuition(i) and cognition(K), the KiE trilogy. The consensus decision takes too long and is reduced to the\nlowest common ground. Conversely, even if an authoritarian decision is indeed\nthe best, it is rarely jointly supported because there is no participation. The 100% participation\nwith the KiE scale leads to decisions that are supported by all, thus creating\nthe necessary commitment. The jointly supported decision is the superior form\nof decision that a process guidance needs in order to be brought about reliably\nand promptly. The result is a deep and broad agreement, equipped with the\ncommitment for the implementation that follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">KiE DecisionMaking Processes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The KiE-DecisionMaking-Tools \u2013 a synonym for decision-making processes \u2013\nare tools suitable for everyday use to cope with individual as well as entrepreneurial\nchallenges. The core tools consist of jointly accepted ratings, solution\norientation and conscious intuition as well as a common understanding,\nprioritization and commitment.
