  4. provide compensation in an appropriate form, such as I’m sorry<\/li>\r\n
  5. then the experienced of all steps can be prepared for future avoidance<\/li>\r\n
  6. finally learn from all steps<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    Guilt and shame, feel unpleasant, who avoids the emotive impulse to compensate, already makes another mistake.<\/p>\r\n
