The dominant and loud ones push through and the quiet ones don&#8217;t bring in their competences?<\/p>\r\n<p>With the Team-Decision-Maker all participants have their say at the same time and anonymously. With Decision-Making Management (DMM) processes, understanding, prioritization, commitments, etc. can be brought about step by step.<\/p>\r\n<p>Diverse competencies devalue each other instead of complementing each other. As a consequence, no decisions are made or bad decisions are made.<\/p>\r\n<p>The best ideas from everyone are coordinated through DMM. Thus, jointly supported decisions are brought about safely and in a timely manner. So that all team members, agile and traditional, as well as leaders, get a chance to do it well.<\/p>\r\n<p>A comprehensive DMM consists of:<\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/decisionmaker.k-i-e.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Team DecisionMaker app<\/a> <\/strong>for decision-makers as well as agile and traditional teams, for remote as well as presence.<\/li>\r\n<li>Complete set of <strong>DMM processes<\/strong>, such as ratings, understanding, quality, prioritization and commitment process<\/li>\r\n<li>Inseparability of emotion, intuition and cognition (KiE) as a <strong>human decision-making process<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p>So that the uncertain decision-maker human is not replaced by an artificial intelligence (AI) and AI becomes an integral part of human decision-making.<\/p>\r\n<p>Intuitive rating is available to any human after 350 ms and is consciously used in DMM processes.
