52% of Gen Z do not feel their ratings are taken seriously (Bonsai Research, 2022). However, that would be easy to change with Decision-Making Management (DMM). With DMM, everyone has their say at the same time and everyone can see immediately what everyone meant. All the reasons mentioned are solved with DMM:<\/p>\r\n
