574 Germany brings up the rear when it comes to agile methods

Germany is bad in agile methods

What do you think are the reasons for the German failure to be agile. Our agile transformations show that the focus is not on people. Our recommendation is to empower the people in charge to adopt the agile methods. Empower all agile team members to successfully execute the agile methods. Once the work is done and the team receives the appreciation in the review, everyone understands each other and is enjoying themselves.

For the past 25 years, 75% of all projects partially failed (Standish Group). “Partially failed” has been changed to “challenged” because agile failure somehow doesn’t work. The people involved are responsible. They have to show the lack, which is expected in agile methods.

Coaches and managers still believe they can solve the leadership dilemma with ancient methods. Agile teams don’t want or need leadership because they produce the work results on their own.
