493 The Awareness Quotient

Awareness Quotient

Is awareness important?

IQ and EQ helps, but only to a limited degree. Emotions bring about emotive decisions as well as feelings, thoughts, and conscious decisions that lead to behavior. Emotions are emotive neuronal programs (neP) activation in brain areas. Feelings are their accompanying effect. Emotions are neither fixed nor constructed, feelings and thoughts are “constructed” from emotions. Emotions were evolutionarily developed first, so they act first in time.

Beliefs try to cognitively decode behavior caused by emotions. Behavior emerges from the inseparability of emotions, intuition and cognition (KiE), the research is already done. The list of authors with “outdated ideas” is very long, so it will take a longtime for the new findings to take place.

Emotions work from the inside out and we should shape them from the outside in. In this sequence we can move to awareness. Mindfulness and awareness can be easily achieved with KiE. The life of each individual would change profoundly.

The conscious journey can begin now with KiE.
