52% of Gen Z do not feel their ratings are taken seriously (Bonsai Research, 2022). However, that would be easy to change with Decision-Making Management (DMM). With DMM, everyone has their say at the same time and everyone can see immediately what everyone meant. All the reasons mentioned are solved with DMM:

💙 Gen Z is openly involved in decisions at eye level

💙 Gen Z brings in all ideas

💙 Gen Z is given responsibility in the decision-making process and in implementation

With DMM, Gen Z contributes with its competencies. The only question remains whether Gen Z has the courage and power to implement a disruptive leadership method.

And don’t forget, there are still some veterans who are and will stay by your side.
