667 DMM empowers people at the individual level and thereby effects the systemic level

🎯 Empowering people individually has an impact on a systemic level. When people make better decisions and communicate better, better work results are produced (Artifacts, Ceremonies & Roles).

🎯 Successful collaboration develops the corporate culture sustainably, especially when collaboration has to adapt to the challenges brought about by change.

🎯 Decision-Making Management (DMM) empowers the individual with DMM processes. With the grown competencies, better results are achieved immediately.

🎯 The application of DMM “heals” the entire system and everyone achieves success together. Nothing is more successful than success and in flow the mindset develops by itself because “successful” experiences are made in the emotion and cognition system.

⛔ The opposite approach, shifting human competencies to DMM in traditional processes, software or AI, weakens people. In the final analysis, people are “dumbed down” and reduced to executive assistants.

⛔ Leadership methods cannot prevent the failure of agility because leadership is aligned with a “leader”. Agility would be oriented toward cooperation at eye level. This eye level is maintained with jointly supported team decisions at every moment.

👑 As a king’s path, people can be strengthened in their core competence with DMM processes and DMM can be integrated into business processes and frameworks in parallel. This creates better work results as well as better processes, better software and human AI.

⛔ The polarizing question of how far people or processes should be placed in the center is not purposeful. It is a question of the order and the depth of empowerment of humans as well as the detailing of processes. In the final consequence, people are empowered with DMM processes, which completely eliminates polarization.

⛔ It would be cruel not to empower people and then to blame them for the failure. Nevertheless, it is CORRECT because in the 3-role dynamic – 1. team members 2. Agile Master and Product Owner 3. Stakeholder – individual people create the work results based on which success and failure are “judged”

⛔ 75% of projects with or without agility fail partially or completely. All participants of the 3 dynamics have never developed the ability to work together at eye level. They all lack the competencies for DMM: to bring about jointly supported ratings, to communicate in a resource-oriented manner, to bring about good individual decisions, and to apply the quality, understanding, prioritization, and commitment process.

Recursive circuits organize decision-making, thinking, and behavior. Individuals influence people and people influence individuals

🎯 Failure is turned into success 🌞 when people are empowered with DMM.

🎯 With DMM, every individual would and could get involved. Stakeholders would be held accountable just like the agile team.

🎯 DMM empowers everyone and gives everyone the tools for understanding, success, and joy through successful collaboration and accepted work results.
